Convention Table Policy


In an effort to decrease any possible confusion and to be sure that everyone receives the same message, we are posting our policy regarding the reserving and confirmation of tables at MCBA conventions. This includes FallCon, MicroCon and any future events that will have dealers tables.

Table Reservation

The ONLY way to reserve a table at a MCBA convention is to return:

  1. The completed official dealer table application AND
  2. A check for the amount of the table cost.

Emails and phone message requests will be treated as a request for an application to be sent to you Emails and phone messages do not constitute a reservation of tables.

 

Table Confirmation

Once all the applications have been received and processed, confirmation post cards will be sent out. These cards are your guarantee of tables. If you do not receive a confirmation card it means that we ran out of tables and your check will be returned to you. If there are any questions on this we ask that you contact us for clarification. We do not save, or set aside, any tables for dealers who might show up hoping to find a table. The confirmation card is your assurance of a table.

 

That's it, simple and easy. We feel that if everyone keeps these two facts in mind when requesting table reservations, problems should be able to be kept to a minimum.
